Millennium Towers in Frankfurt: HyWin façade has been selected for the residential tower

7. December 2021

In the press conference on December 6, 2021 the project developer CA Immo announced the winner of the competition for one of the largest construction projects in Germany. Frankfurt’ Architects Ferdinand Heide prevailed over seven world class architects.

According to plans, the high-rise complex will consist of two towers. An office and hotel complex in one tower and a residential complex with 500 apartments in the other. The project is committed to ambitious requirements for both a resource-saving and climate-friendly realization and the future operation.

The facade of the residential tower will be equipped with HyWin elements, to provide unparalleled energy efficiency and living comfort.
The HyWin team Claudio Meisser and Jan Lipton are excited humbled to participate in this large construction project in Germany with HyWin, the innovative approach to glass facades. We are grateful to Ferdinand Heide and all who travelled the journey with us.
